The Rhine Group portfolio is a mixture of commercial and residential properties, but what ties many of them together has been finding unique opportunities in historic properties around neighborhoods in Cincinnati and Southern Ohio. After all, the greenest developments by far are the ones where a building is already there and just needs to be brought back to life.
We're always looking to incorporate properties into our management program that are in areas with a sense of community, of walkability, and that have an energy which drives residents to stay, enjoy, and take pride in their neighborhood. The Rhine Group has great experience working with State and Local leadership on items ranging from Historic Tax Credits and Short-Term Housing to Affordable Housing Funding, having raised over $9MM to-date for the latter. We get involved where we can make a difference and provide the private perspective on public policy.

While we have established Development, Management, and Consulting operations, The Rhine Group is also heavily involved in working with local non-profits, community councils, city governments, and state programs here in Ohio.
We work to apply the principles of continuous improvement and sustainability to processes ranging from public subsidy management and liquor law implementation; to historic property conservation and workforce housing.

In addition to our preservation projects in Cincinnati's urban core, we are always looking for new investment locations.
